Our team, consisting of 10 top-performing agents collaborating with PLACE, is excited to welcome 1 or 2 motivated agent partners who are prepared to thrive with focused support and expert mentorship. Responsibilities * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Conduct two open houses per week * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, trainings, and Partner Call * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
