Job Overview Join one of the fastest-growing THC beverage brands in the region! We're looking for a driven Territory Manager to act as a Brand Ambassador for Ivory Tiger -- someone who thrives on building relationships and driving growth in the field.. Duties * Managing partnerships across your assigned territory * Visiting retail accounts for training, support, and product sampling * Leading ride-alongs and trainings with distribution teams * Opening new retail accounts and expanding our presence * Traveling daily within your territory Experience * Proven experience in business development, direct sales, or outside sales roles. * Strong skills in territory management and the ability to effectively analyze market conditions. * Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships. * Experience in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
