Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for automobiles. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they receive the best possible experience while meeting their automotive needs. Your role will involve both inside and outside sales activities, including managing inventory and engaging with potential customers through various outreach methods. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and preferences. * Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers. * Manage dealership inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed attractively and accurately represented. * Engage in cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling incoming inquiries and follow up with potential clients. * Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and objectives. * Utilize organizational skills to keep track of leads, follow-ups, and sales processes efficiently. * Communicate effectively with customers in person, over the phone, or via email to provide updates on inventory and promotions. * Assist in coordinating test drives and vehicle deliveries. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Experience in inventory management is a plus. * Proficiency in phone etiquette for effective communication with potential customers. * Ability to engage in outside sales activities and represent the dealership positively in the community. * Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader range of customers. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for automobiles and a desire to stay informed about industry trends. * A valid driver's license is required.
