You can always find out more about us by visiting [please apply online] Key Responsibilities: How You 'll Do It * Make connections with Commercial and Industrial Food Processing Companies in either the Midwest or East Coast. Territory TBD * Ask questions and listen to customers to understand the impact of their situations. * Present quotes to customers in a compelling way. * Log and update sales activity in the CRM system. * Follow up on current and past quotes. * Cross-sell additional equipment, parts, service, and supplies. * Cold calling * Attending industry trade shows. * Travel to anywhere in the US & Canada for sales meetings or expo events. * Adhere to RAM's and our customer's safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. * Communicate accurately and effectively with customers and fellow team members * And most importantly be a deal closer. Key Qualifications: What We 're Looking For * Fast learner * Open to sales coaching * Outgoing salespeople who make genuine relationships with others. * 3+ years of successful sales experience selling equipment or similar products/solutions. Preferred * Current and/or previous industry connections * Some skilled trades experience (Industrial Meat Processing, other Industrial Processing Equipment, Packaging Equipment, Material Handling, Industrial Sanitation Equipment ) * Track record of successful sales experience. Required * Valid Driver's License * Must be 18 years or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills * A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity * Energy and enthusiasm Keywords: equipment sales, technician, machine sales, industrial sales, maintenance worker, food processing, equipment repair, preventative maintenance RAM Manufacturing Equipment is a growing distributor of food processing equipment, parts, supplies, and service.
