You choose what works best for you. Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough inspections of residential home exteriors. Utilizing your keen eye for detail to identify signs of damage, wear and tear, and potential areas of concern. * Assisting homeowners in the insurance claims process by accurately documenting and reporting damage. Ensuring that our customers receive fair and comprehensive coverage for necessary repairs or replacements. * Fostering positive connections with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire restoration process.. * Utilizing communication skills to guide homeowners, helping them make informed decisions. * Use your organizational skills to ensure all projects are managed with the utmost professionalism. Experience: * NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - We will train! * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must have valid drivers license and vehicle (with space for a 17' folding ladder) * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be comfortable walking on roofs * Strong attention to detail * Basic computer skills We offer competitive compensation packages.
