The Northern Idaho District of Farmers Insurance is hiring! With over 60 Products across multiple lines, we continue to grow and capture market share in Idaho and Washington. This growth and expansion enables us to seek out aspiring business owners and insurance professionals interested in investing their time and resources in a lucrative business. Minimum Requirements for consideration: * Property, Casualty, Life, & Health insurance licenses are required (we can assist you in obtaining). * Experience and successful in a sales role. * Satisfactory results of background check (credit/criminal). Skills * Successful sales & management experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage a marketing pipeline * Strong organizational and time management skills * Self-motivated and goal oriented * Basic computer ability, quick learner, attention to details, and customer service oriented Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct sales presentations to promote various insurance products and services. * Utilize effective communication and marketing strategies to attract new clients. * Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on policy renewals and claims. * Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
