Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team for our Roosevelt Field Mall location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to connect with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will be key to your success in this role. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Sell products by effectively communicating features and benefits. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of items. * Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
