The Exciting Stuff: * Location: * Pay: Starting $85k + uncapped monthly commission potential * Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday. What You'll Be Doing: * Managing, coaching and leading a team of Outside Sales Professionals * Working closely with local leadership team to align resources and sales efforts * Providing quality leadership and vision for internal business objectives * Meet or exceed organizational and branch specific sales targets * Performance management of team members by coaching, mentoring, motivating, assessing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing and proactively addressing training needs. * Responsible for overall team performance as defined by company objectives. What You Need To Be Most Successful: * High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 5 years' experience as a residential sales top performer * Prior sales leadership experience in the residential services space * Pest control industry experience required * Strong background in field sales training and sales management * Passion for leading and teaching * Valid driver's license and be 18 years of age * Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV (safety first, always!)
