We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support the Vice President of Business Development and Business Development Manager with key initiatives aimed at driving growth and improving the customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and customer success, all while helping to reduce the stress of air travel and build lasting client relationships. What you will do: * Support and initiate new business opportunities by collaborating with the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, and tracking progress. * Onboard and support new leads and accounts by providing exceptional customer service and assisting the internal sales team. * Conduct market research and proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking within niche sales markets. * Prepare and distribute informational packets and marketing materials to prospective clients. * Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity. * Assist in planning and executing targeted outreach campaigns to attract and engage new clients. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your industry knowledge and sharpen your sales skills. * Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team as needed. * Complete additional projects and duties as assigned. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skillsable to interact professionally with clients, teammates, and leadership. * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetFly My Group values individuals who uplift those around them. * Proficiency in Gmail and other business tools. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. * Ability to travel to industry conferences and events throughout the year as needed to represent the company and support business development efforts.
