Swift Tradesmen of San Diego is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team to assist in sales and locating and hiring the right talent for our clients. This role will require you to peform outside sales to potential North County San Diego Construction Clients. It also involves posting jobs, interviewing candidates and placing them in temporary or permanent positions with our clients. Professionals in this role will be responsible for evaluating, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates, as well as building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients. Bilingual candidates who speak fluent English and Spanish are a plus! We are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes: - Organized and able to succeed in a remote/hybrid work environment - Self motivated and results oriented - Takes intiative, proactive, and achieves goals - Computer / Technology efficient (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.) Job duties include, but not limited to: - Traveling throughout North County - San Diego and visiting potential and already established customers' construction jobsites and offices (monthly vehicle allowance) - Making cold calls to new and existing construction clients in the North County - San Diego area (company cell phone will be provided) - Building new and growing existing business with construction companies across North County to generate revenue - Working a full desk - you'll be recruiting for the jobs you find as well as well as filling the job orders with candidates you hire - Placing hired candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities - Accurately manage the placements you have while still building revenue & business Salary + Commission + Vehicle Allowance Please send us your resume!
