APEX Companies - Savage, MN Full-Time | $60,000 - $90,000 Base Draw + Commission | W2 Employee Are you driven, self-motivated, and looking to build a meaningful career in the exterior construction industry? APEX Companies is seeking high-performing individuals to join our growing team as Service Representatives (SRs). This is a sales position with a strong customer service foundation. As a Service Representative, you'll manage the client experience from the first knock to the final handshake--handling inspections, project coordination, and customer communication from start to finish. Compensation: $75,000 - $400,000 Responsibilities: * Generate leads by actively engaging in door-to-door canvassing and leveraging personal connections * Cultivate and nurture relationships with homeowners, providing regular updates and maintaining open communication * Participate in all sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and enhance sales skills * Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to door-to-door sales techniques, lead generation, and retail bidding processes * Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and seek assistance when necessary Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in sales preferred * Proven track record of successful sales experience or ability to learn and be trained * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and quotas * US Work Authorization * Live in Minnesota or are able to relocate prior to starting About Company Apex Companies Inc.
