The Tom Wood Group , a leader in the automotive world in Indianapolis, is on the hunt for a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent who's passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. * Flexible schedule : * Hybrid work opportunity * Day or evening shifts that fit your lifestyle * Shifts available: * 7:15 AM - 4:15 PM * 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Saturdays off? Mostly! Just 1 or 2 a month * Competitive pay : $14.50/hour + bonus based on performance (average bonus: $450-$800/month) * Team vibe : You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive crew Responsibilities: * Dial it up! Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls per day * Provide top notch service to our guests * Engage customers and set up service appointments across our multiple locations * Build up your knowledge of the Tom Wood Automotive Group's diverse lineup. Qualifications: * Experience in customer service or hospitality? Yes, please! * Communication is key!
