We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our small Janitorial and Facility Maintenance firm focused on expanding our client base within the small business sector. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prioritize potential clients within the defined market segment. * Prospect, identify, and qualify potential small business clients through various channels, including cold calls,door to door sales, attending networking events, and referrals. ( Support Clerk handles some of this) * Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Complete proposals and deliver proposals to potential clients Qualifications: * At least 5 years sales experience * Proven track record of sales success, preferably in janitorial services or facility maintenance. * Strong understanding of the small business market and client needs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This position is ideal for self employed sales professional with a sales background that works in Sales currently, but seeking to diversify their earning with cross selling or cross promotions. Monthly Base Compensation: $900/ monthly plus 30% commission on new contracts and tag work. Monthly compensation is non-negotiable at start but can be reviewed after 6 months. Must reside locally in the city of Houston and target sales in Houston and surrounding areas. Must be available for 30 min weekly progress meetings in office or via Zoom.
