We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level or Seasoned Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through warm calling and telemarketing efforts, fostering relationships, and contributing to our business development initiatives. MON - FRI / 8am - 5pm - weekends off Hourly plus commission pay / weekly pay! Pay depending on experience. must have valid driver license open to working in all Inland empire location DUTIES : Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and improve customer engagement. Assist in the development of new business opportunities through various outreach methods. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical sales skills and product knowledge. Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. REQUIREMENTS : Strong communication skills in English & Spanish, both verbal and written. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not required. Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques and business development strategies is desirable. Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
