If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. * Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. * Providing Information: Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers. * Problem Resolution: Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing corrective actions. * Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Managing Customer Accounts: Assisting customers with account-related activities, including account setup, password resets, and profile updates. * Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. * Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers, maximizing sales opportunities. * Follow-Up: Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and to gather feedback on the customer service experience. * Handling Escalations: Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary. * Maintaining Professionalism: Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude. * Adhering to Policies: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while assisting customers. * Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members and departments to share information and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Continuous Improvement: Providing feedback on processes and suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department. * Meeting Targets: Achieving performance metrics and goals, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. * Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, product updates, and changes in company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Minimum Requirements - 5+ Years Experience in customer service, -Sales Experience -Proficiency in multitasking across various web-based applications -Adept at navigating different technology applications, with prior experience in multiple platforms. -Excellent Communication! Familiarity with CRM tools to streamline customer interactions -Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, receptive to guidance from management and supervisors -Preferred experience in industries such as Cannabis, e-commerce, Logistics, Delivery, order processing, fulfillment. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $18.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Customer service: 5 years (Required) * E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
