Goldamity Insurance Services is looking to expand our team. Our full service office specializes in insurance, transportation permits, vehicle registration, and business taxes. We have consistent sales work year round due to all the services we offer. This position is great for someone who already has their P&C Insurance license, and wants expand their expertise into related area of trucking, taxes, and registration services. We are seeking a positive and proactive individual who excels in problem- solving, works well with others, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. This is an hourly job plus commission/bonuses. Hourly pay based on experience. Licensed brokers/agents with less than 3 years of experience with license are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Sales Presentations: Present insurance and registration services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and coverage options. Quote Preparation: Prepare and deliver insurance quotes to clients, ensuring clarity on coverage details and pricing. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance and registration needs. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on various insurance products, vehicle registration options, and business tax regulations. Policy Processing: Assist clients in completing insurance applications and vehicle registration forms accurately. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Tax Preparation: Collect important tax documentation, prepare tac return, and electronically file returns. Qualifications: Qualifications And Requirements: Property & Casualty Insurance Broker/Agent License Must be able to obtain CTEC & PTIN license Pass back Ground Check with DOJ with Department of Motor Vehicles, and Insurance Department of California Complete Licensing Hour Requirements for additional licenses Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must successfully pass TurboRater assessment. Must successfully pass Basic Math assessment. People Person, positive energetic Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Previous experience in sales or related filed is preferred Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance, tax & trucking industry Organized, able to prioritize work, and multi-task Ability to work well within a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges 18 years and older.
