What we are looking for a strong A player to join the team : * Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and conduct needs analysis prior to demo * Product Demonstration * Understand the prospect's requirements and work with the sales team to write solutions * Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations that help educate the customers * Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects * Helping the sales team in responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents * Supporting events - webinars/conferences/shows Qualifications and Education Requirements : * 10 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience * Experience or exposure to DevOps * Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Bachelor's degree required.
