The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The position will have responsibilities in both our e-commerce platforms and in-person sales: In-Store Operations: * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers * Assist customers with their jewelry needs, including sales, buys and repairs. * Provide expert knowledge on our product offerings and help customers make informed selling/purchasing decisions. * Collaborate is the retail manager to ensure a seamless in-store experience for customers. E-Commerce Operations: * Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance on e-commerce platforms and the company website. * Manage the photography process for new jewelry items, ensuring high-quality images for online listings. * Oversee and coordinate e-commerce employees, monitoring upload rates and maintaining content quality. * Work closely with the Retail Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for online sales growth. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Minimum requirements: - No experience needed. However, previous retail sales experience an advantage. - Strong communication and social skills. - Bilingual in English and Spanish or other language in an advantage. - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
