Working with national retailers to implement expansion plans in the state, responsibilities include: * Creating and researching retail market analyses * Site identification * Financial analyses * Transaction negotiations * Market penetration plans * Site feasibility studies * Site tours * Site submittal packages for client's RECs * Lease negotiations * Effectively finding and executing solutions to a wide variety of problems and unique situations Additional responsibilities include identifying and assisting with the development of new business opportunities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with emphasis in real estate, finance, business, sales or marketing. * Committed to pursuing a sales and marketing career in commercial real estate. Related experience a plus, but not necessary * Able to locate, analyze, manage, and disseminate information and data in a timely manner. * Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all times. * Must be outgoing, confident, competitive, self-motivated, well organized, highly energetic, and present a very professional appearance. * Must be technologically and financially savvy, with a strong working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, database management, office equipment, and advanced communication tools. * Must have exceptional problem-solving skills. * Must have or immediately acquire a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license.
