Job Title: Military Account Specialist The Military Account Specialist plays a vital role in supporting sales management throughout the entire sales cycle, from addressing pre-sale technical inquiries to overseeing post-sale customer support. You'll ensure seamless management of customer accounts, resolve complex inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams, to meet customer needs and expectations. Additionally, you will serve as a key communication liaison between customers and internal teams. Account Specialist Responsibilities: * Support sales management throughout the entire sales cycle, from addressing pre-sale technical inquiries to overseeing post-sale customer support. * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned military accounts, managing inquiries, concerns, and account updates. * Process new orders and accurately input customer orders into the system. * Make and receive phone calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues as needed. * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Graphic Design, and Operations) to ensure smooth communication and address any account-specific needs or concerns. * Resolve complex customer inquiries related to product returns, exchanges, and order discrepancies. * Assist with billing inquiries, ensuring invoices are accurate and resolving any discrepancies promptly. * Collaborate with the accounting department to follow up on overdue payments and assist in managing outstanding balances. * Work with the graphic design team to ensure customer projects meet specific requirements, such as custom products or marketing materials. * Maintain clear communication with customers on the status of their orders, returns, or billing concerns, ensuring transparency and satisfaction. * Resolve customer issues, providing proactive solutions to challenges and ensuring a smooth customer experience. * Actively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, enhance satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. Account Specialist Requirements: * Experience in account management, customer support, or a related field. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex inquiries and resolve issues independently. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. * Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and inquiries at once. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and preferred experience with CRM or order management systems. * Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. * A positive, customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
