As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Sales and Marketing division with a new role dedicated to driving PRO Trade account growth. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our PRO Trade Sales Team at our Chino, CA headquarters. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled sales professional to engage directly with trade industry leaders and make a tangible impact on account growth. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to existing leads and past customers to encourage signups, repeat purchases, and account activation. * Build relationships with designers, contractors, and trade professionals, helping them find the best solutions for their projects. * Follow up on leads from website inquiries, sample requests, trade shows, and past orders. * Educate PROs on exclusive discounts, benefits, and account perks. * Manage a pipeline of trade customers, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups. * Work with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies. What We're Looking For: * 1-3 years of inside sales or outbound calling experience (B2B experience preferred). * Strong phone communication skills with a consultative sales approach. * Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively. * Experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Sales & Ecommerce Background: Experience in e-commerce or phone/web sales, preferably within a B2B environment, is ideal. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot, Zendesk, and Shopify is preferred; training is available for motivated learners. * Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and approachability. * Organizational Excellence: Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. * Customer-Centric: Highly attuned to customer needs and driven to deliver outstanding service. * Growth-Oriented: Passionate about achieving measurable goals and open to mentorship and career growth within the company. Experience Requirements: * Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Suite, and experience with Excel. * Typing Speed: 45 WPM or higher.
