Full description of the position

The primary focus is on outside sales and assisting new and existing customers. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding outside and inside sales, products, training, advice, and upselling services based on their individual needs and usage. Proactively assist in developing, coordinating, and overseeing the rollout of sales campaigns. This position will maximize subscriber revenues while maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction. Implement marketing plans and strategies to enhance the adoption and sales of products and services. Job Duties: * Primarily out in the field, going door-to-door sales to homes and businesses while also assisting with inside sales activity as needed. * Research, plan, and direct roll-out of sales campaigns to maximize revenues * Respond to sales inquiries promptly while educating potential customers * Work with marketing on sales campaigns and activity. * Forecast future sales and or review historical data to maximize campaign efficiencies. * Provide customer service by assisting with billing, inquiries, new service requests, service plan changes, questions, and concerns. * Promote and sell services to new and existing customers. * Develop and send customer correspondence, including membership letters, welcome packets, etc. * Perform all other related duties as assigned by management.
