Full description of the position

The Account Manager (AM) will act as the primary coordinator of tasks and interdepartmental communication. Their responsibilities include ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of client requests and tasks. They will serve as a secondary point of contact for each client within their pod, alongside their respective Account Executive (AE), and will also serve as the primary contact for a select few accounts, with a limit of 30% of a pod, unless otherwise warranted. The AM will collaborate closely with their AE counterpart to streamline client communications, including scheduling meeting agendas, following up on meeting notes, and handling additional client requests. Standardizing adherence to the Client Journey across the pod will be a key focus. The AM will collaborate with other departments to fulfill client needs effectively, and will also liaise with the Search Executive (SE) in this capacity. The AM is expected to facilitate & streamline solutions to their assigned book of business in coordination with their respective AE. They are expected to ensure clients' needs are handled accordingly & delivered in completeness in as timely a manner as is defined by each case. They will communicate & correspond with/on each component of the Client Journey to ensure every account shares the same customer experience. Key Functional Areas of Responsibility * Ticket creation for client needs & requests (via Pod Monday Board Process/Salesforce) * Quality Assurance (QA) of completed tasks/tickets * Client correspondence & communication in the absence of AE, or as is defined by Pod and/or Manager Leadership * Weekly & Bi-Weekly Agenda creation based on the client journey & previous meeting notes * Regular meeting annotation & documentation * Primary Client communicator & meeting facilitator of no more than 30% of account pool * GBP Post Creation * Website audits & quality checks * Quarterly Business Review (QBR) creation * Other responsibilities as identified, defined & assigned Professional Competencies, Skills & Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years proven account executive experience that focused on excellent customer service * Digital marketing experience and/or a bachelor's degree in communication/marketing or related field a plus * Demonstrated experience with professional written and oral communications with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points * Must have a proven experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects (with varying levels of intricate details) simultaneously * Ability to methodically use deductive reasoning techniques to reach specific, logical conclusions - both at a conceptual level and detail level * Outstanding ability to think creatively and/or critically and be able to identify and resolve problems with a results-driven focus * Must have a great attitude, a high-level of integrity, and self-motivation * Ideal person will be tech savvy with an interest in digital marketing, be willing to put in the effort and have a strong desire to learn Compensation * Yearly salary: $60K - $70K * Benefits * Health, dental, & vision insurance * Life insurance * 401(k) Match * Health savings account * Flexible spending account * Paid time off * Paid sick time * Paid holidays * Parental leave * Employee assistance program * Opportunities to advance your career * Casual, dog-friendly work environment * Free parking, snacks/beverages & frequent company sponsored lunches * Collaborative work environment with endless learning opportunities About CAMP Digital CAMP Digital is a digital marketing agency for home services companies.
