Thats why GreenMark offers the following benefits and resources: * Health insurance starts on your first day of employment * 401k with company match * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Tool discounts * Competitive wages * Company paid uniforms * Continued training through John Deere * Advancement opportunities * Employee discounts Compensation Package: $135,000 - $165,000 including bonus potential, plus company vehicle Locations: This position will be responsible for our Holland, Kent City, Sodus, and Union locations Responsibilities: Applicable to all locations (Strategic Focus): * Collaborates with the Vice President of After-Sales to establish parts and service goals, key performance indicators (KPI's), and processes for Parts and Service departments throughout the organization. * Collaborates with the Vice President of After-Sales on the creation of the corporate Parts and Service Departments Marketing plan including advertising and promotional programs and assists with execution of those plans. * Manages the implementation of processes used to measure achievement of Parts and Service Departments KPI's. * Supports activities associated with the planning and execution of customer clinics and events as required. * Provides input to the creation and evaluation of after-sales employee incentives to ensure employee satisfaction and retention. * Supports and helps monitor the shipping stand consolidation and returns process. * Provides support of the Transportation Supervisor and all trucking processes. * Supports all Aftermarket initiatives throughout GreenMark Equipment Applicable to the specifically assigned locations: Parts and service managers report to the Regional After-Sales Manager, and will be highly aligned with the Regional Ag Sales, and Regional Turf/CCE Sales Managers. * Monitors the achievement of goals related to KPI's for parts and service departments and provides coaching to Parts and Service managers. * Supports the tracking and follow through of Parts Hold Files for all locations. * Reviews financial statements monthly with location parts and service managers. * Performs an annual review of parts and service department vehicles, forklifts, and trailers at each location and provides recommendations surrounding needed repairs or replacement. * Helps maintain appropriate staffing levels by contributing to the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes as needed. * Helps where appropriate to support in job offers and wage rates prior to communication with prospective employees. * Collaborates with location parts and service managers to optimize employee performance through training and coaching activities. * Collaborates with store and department managers to assess and manage staffing levels to insure operational efficiency. * Evaluates and provides feedback to corporate management related to hours of operation and after-hours support, balancing the need for customer support and employee satisfaction, with particular emphasis on planting and harvest seasons. * Monitors and supports monthly location aftermarket department meetings as needed. * Collaborates with store Customer Experience Managers and the sales team to resolve elevated customer satisfaction issues as needed. * Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and vendor representatives with a constant commitment to collaboration and exemplary customer service. * Communicates and enhances understanding of the dealership's values, principles, vision, and mission statement. Preferred Qualifications / Experience / Key Competencies: * 3 plus years' experience in parts and or service sales and support, with a comprehensive understanding of a retail dealership including but not limited to ag equipment, turf equipment, motorsports, and or RV industry. * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively one-on-one, within a group, and across the organization. * Good understanding of financial principles. * Ability to develop and motivate others through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and modeling.
