Responsibilities * Recruit and onboard new sales team members. * Mentor and train sales staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets. * Acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership matters. * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development. * Master the use of PLACE Technology. * Engage actively in the PLACE Leadership Development program. * Participate in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and apply effective systems. * Enhance your skills as a real estate sales expert through client prospecting and consultation. * Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns. * Supervise contract negotiations. * Ensure sales team members effectively utilize database tools and lead opportunities. Qualifications You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring.
