About PropertySync PropertySync is a leading provider of digital title plant software solutions for the title insurance industry. Our cloud-based PropertySync Platform helps title companies nationwide modernize their operations with efficient, secure, and scalable title plant management tools. The Opportunity We're seeking a driven Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey with PropertySync, from initial sales through implementation and ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building skills who wants to make an impact in a growing technology company within the title industry. What You'll Do As a PropertySync Account Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Sales & Client Development: Identify opportunities, conduct demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Implementation & Onboarding: Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and successful platform adoption. * Account Management : Maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. * Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and contribute to product and process improvements. You'll serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, from initial sales through implementation along with supporting internal teams. Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, or client success roles, with experience selling and supporting SaaS services. Strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential for success in this position.
