Responsibilities include but are not limited to : * National and Regional Tradeshow support. Including but not limited to: appointment booking and tracking, hosting the booth, travel and group dinner reservation coordinator, sample ordering, and set up and tear down responsibilities. Work with Marketing to coordinate shipping and other logistical requirements as needed. * Own the sample process that includes on-time order entry, bulk order management, tracking orders, account sample fulfillments, office sample set up and showroom management, and incoming and outgoing rep sample returns, any communication with the team or distribution regarding samples, and preparing sample bags as needed for sales appointments and travel. * Support our National Sales Meeting, participate in set up and tear down, procure rep gifts and ensure timely arrival, work out logistics for team travel, rep reimbursements for travel as agreed upon in their contracts, and arrange with Marketing the shipping and other arrangements to make sure all tools and merchandise arrive on time. * Assist with promo management including VIP code distribution to reps and internal team, as well as entering as needed promo orders for accounts and teams. * Monitor Repsly, our rep feedback tool, regarding what is happening out in the field. Document Rep participation in store visits as well as note any follow ups and either take care of them or inform the co-worker who needs to follow up. * Manage Rep reimbursements and other rep accounting needs. Facilitate between the rep and the Accounting team. * Enter all fixture requests, monitor allocations and quantities on hand, report to manager on any low inventory situations or stock outs. * Own the Holiday Gifts (sales team, reps, and key accounts). Help pitch ideas and then see that they are purchased on budget, on time, and are sent out by deadline. * Learn how to do bulk adjustments and take on smaller key account changes. * General travel to support Tradeshows, Sales Meetings, and account/event travel. * Handle Daily Rep communication including: GWP, POP, samples, scheduling showroom visits, premiums, distribution lists, catalog tracking, sample tracking, Canada ATS. * Maintain the sales master contact sheet. * Update Key Account Selling sheets weekly. Seasonally complete set up sheets including digital platforms like Nu Order. * Perform Key Account site checks for online stores, fill out maintenance sheets, and update the manager on any changes required. * Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-2 years of similar experience and/or work within a support position within a wholesale environment. * Proficient in Microsoft applications. Intermediate Excel skills. * Highly motivated, a team player, and a motivated self-starter. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities. * Good time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. * Excellent organizational skills. * Attention to detail, very organized, accurate at data entry. * Quick learner. * Great communication skills. Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA location with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. Compensation : The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 to $24.00 per hour. Hourly rate is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
