Summary As a Retail Assistant Manager at All Uniform Wear, you will play a vital role in supporting store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Located in one of our retail locations, you will help lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality uniforms and apparel while contributing to our mission of professionalism and quality. Responsibilities * Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. * Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. * Support inventory management processes, including ordering and stock control. * Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently. * Implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth within the store. * Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. Requirements * Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. * Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction. * Ability to manage shifts effectively and lead a team under pressure. * Familiarity with retail sales practices and inventory management.
