Select Roofing is hiring experienced Project Managers who excel in door-to-door (D2D) sales and are eager to take charge of roofing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: * Lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, primarily through door-to-door sales. * Manage roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with crews to ensure timelines and quality are met. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the face of the company. Qualifications: * Proven door-to-door sales experience (D2D) - roofing or construction sales is a major plus. * Exceptional communication skills with a results-driven attitude. * Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills. * Valid driver's license required.
