Full description of the position

This is a 152,000sqft large industrial warehouse in West Springfield, MA. A realtor, who is not actively working under a broker, or someone with construction background, is needed for showing the warehouse to prospective purchasers or tenants, working directly for the owner, do inspections at the warehouse, do video calls for the owner, and in addition advise the owner on various improvements where necessary in the warehouse and generally be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse. Payrate is $50/hour for all time spent by independent contractor, and in addition any lease on the warehouse that that start on or before Sept 15th, 2025, an additional 1-time bonus of $2500. Independent brokers are welcome to apply except this is a hourly paid position and not a commission position. Similarly licensed realtors that are not working for any broker are welcome as this is not a commission role, but only an independent contractor role working directly for owner.
