Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays. * Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting effectively with customers and team members. * Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Experience with product demonstrations or supervising others can enhance your candidacy.
