A leading manufacturer in Fountain Valley is looking for Inside Sales / Receptionist. An Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience with excellent customer service skills. * Location: Fountain Valley, CA * Direct Hire with excellent benefits * Salary Range: $48K/yr - Non-Exempt Requirements of the Inside Sales /Receptionist: * Bachelor's degree is preferred * At least 5 years of Sales Assistant / Inside Sales / Sales Administrative Assistant or related experience * Excellent communication skill and customer service skill * Able to pay attention to details * Proficient in MS Word and Excel * English and Spanish bilingual is a big plus Responsibilities of the Inside Sales / Receptionist: * Provides customers with product/service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase. * Receives requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. * Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers. * Handle purchase orders and provide service to customers * Coordinates with other department for shipping and inventories * Shipping and Delivery date management * Handle all incoming calls and greet visitors. * Other related administrative work will be assigned.
