Join us and be part of a company that is shaping the digital future! * About This Job We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a product and tooling expert, providing essential support to our sales team by ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and resolving technical issues. You will be responsible for managing phone systems, equipment, and Bonzo accounts, as well as troubleshooting and collaborating with the Bonzo support team to address any bugs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of CRM software along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment. * Key Responsibilities: CRM Management * Operate and manage the CRM system, Bonzo, ensuring all team members have appropriate access levels and user permissions. Lead Management * Oversee the distribution of leads from various funnels, ensuring an efficient and organized process. * Monitor lead availability and coordinate the procurement of new leads as necessary. Enablement * Provide sales enablement by addressing and solving equipment issues that may arise. * Ensure all sales personnel are up-to-date with necessary training to maintain compliance and optimize performance. * Be available to enable the broader team beyond sales across a range of systems. Compliance * Conduct periodic reviews of sales calls to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards. Tool and Product Expertise * Serve as the go-to expert for all sales tools, ensuring efficient usage and optimization. * Provide training and support to team members on sales systems, software, and equipment. Technical Troubleshooting * Identify and resolve technical issues, particularly bugs within the Bonzo system. * Collaborate with the Bonzo support team to troubleshoot and find solutions. Office Equipment Management * Oversee the setup and maintenance of office equipment, including phones and monitors. * Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to support sales operations. * Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus. Experience: 1-2 years of experience with CRM software, such as Bonzo, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude with experience in managing phone systems and other sales tools. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in relation to software and equipment issues.
