As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, managing the sales process, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has vast experience in a Sales Manager or Desk Manager role, feels comfortable managing a team of Sales Associates. Responsibilities * Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets, and providing coaching and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals. * Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering personalized assistance and ensuring an exceptional luxury buying experience. * Monitor sales activities, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. * Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and events. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, luxury automotive market dynamics, and competitor activities. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the luxury automotive industry or a similar high-end sales environment. * Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing a sales team. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients. * In-depth knowledge of luxury automotive brands, features, and competitive landscape. * Understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
