Epic Sales Partners supports food retail suppliers throughout the US. This role provides sales support to the Epic Sales Team, Retailers and Manufacturers, focused on creating deal sheets, cost changes, maintaining data integrity, and effectively communicating and collaborating internally and externally. Essential Functions: Customer Support * Manage 3rd party portals to ensure deals, new items, and cost changes are maintained * Pull & maintain retailer weekly ads * Reconcile invoices * Manage, process, and reconcile claims and deductions in a timely manner to keep clients trade financial statements current. Reporting & Recordkeeping * Maintain database relating to pricing, promotions, etc. * Create ad hoc sales reports, as needed to support the business. * Maintain SharePoint Database of customer and sales records for business use. Other Administrative Duties * Act as a liaison between vendors and sales team. * Communicate missing/necessary requirements and/or information to perform duties. * Receive, process and ship mail & order samples. * Other duties as required. Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 3 years of Customer Service experience required. Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent communication (interpersonal & written) and customer service skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Strong drive for results, both individual and contributing to a team culture. * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or group situations. * Ability to comprehend information, directions, correspondence, etc. in a variety of formats (written, verbal, reports, diagrams, schedules, etc.). * Ability to problem solve, demonstrate flexibility to changing business needs and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Desired Experience: * Experience in a sales or manufacturing environment, a plus.
