We are a young Women's Cosmetic and Accessory company where all products are only $1! We started out online in 2013 and opened our first retail store in May of 2016. We are rapidly expanding our store division and need motivated individuals to join the team. We are currently looking for a fun, driven, and reliable Keyholder / Sales who will help further the overall culture and operations of the store! Job Duties Operating the POS/Register(Cash handling, promoting of products, interacting with the customers, Keyholders will be responsible for counting tills upon opening or closing the store, etc) Door Greeting (Participates and attends all store meetings; Inviting the customers to shop, explaining promotions, handing out baskets) * Must possess a fun and outgoing personality. * Be comfortable working on your own while receiving occasional coaching, supervision, and encouragement. Merchandising Sales Floor (Keeping sales floor stocked, organizing, put backs, etc.) Assisting Customers on Sales Floor(Offering help/shopping baskets, finding products, providing suggestions, etc) Promoting Products/Product Knowledge (Staying updated about new products, best sellers, product quantity limits, etc.) Keyholder (Delegate tasks/projects to Sales Associates for each shift) * Act as a leader, filling in for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager when required. * Be knowledgeable of and strictly follow Loss Prevention and Cash Handling policies. * Merchandise Jewelry and Cosmetic Displays * Take the initiative to identify a customer's needs or resolve any customer complaints. Requirements * Must be at least 17 years of age. * Must have High School Diploma/GED * Must have a FLEXIBLE schedule including being able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. * At least 1 year of Customer Service experience. * Reliable transportation Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Indianapolis, IN 46250 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Indianapolis, IN 46250: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
