What We 're Looking For * Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development leadership roles, preferably in the medical device, healthcare tech, or digital health space. * Sales Impact: Demonstrated success driving growth, building strategic relationships, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. * Industry Access: Deep network within the U.S. healthcare and medtech sectors to accelerate business development. * Regulatory Acumen: Understanding of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and healthcare compliance. * Tech Fluency: Comfortable with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics. * Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S., with occasional international trips.
