Overview Interacts with online customers/viewers and directly answers inquiries on product information. During the live shows you will have to maintain a conversation going even if there 's no comments. Describe the product thoroughly and encourage the audience to purchase. Duties * Accurately describe product size, fabrics and style. * Inspect products for damage and disclose it to viewers. * Sort, pack and label packages correctly for shipping. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Assist in inventory management by tracking packaging materials and reporting shortages. * Collaborate with coworkers to meet shipments deadlines. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary. * Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Ability to work effectively with others. * Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed. * Basic math skills for measuring and counting items. * Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
