Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their individual, family, and small business financial needs. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial requirements and recommend appropriate strategies to achieve their goals. * Engage in networking and community events, to generate new business opportunities. * Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. * Utilize innovative marketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote business. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. * Assist clients with claims processes and provide ongoing support throughout their policy term. Qualifications * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A valid insurance license is required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
