Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Executive to drive sales growth. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing best-in-class integrated security solutions. The sales territory will be in Minnesota and surrounding area. Responsibilities: * Pipeline Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound activities * Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding needs and aligning solutions * Present and sell physical security services (access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and related technologies) * Collaborate with Engineers to design and deliver custom solutions * Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal close * Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts * Follow organizational process, standards and methodology * Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas * Produce quotes, proposals, and respond to RFPs * Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of Sales experience (ideally within physical security, low-voltage systems, or technology integration) * Knowledge of security technologies (access control, video surveillance, intrusion systems) * Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams * Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency * Experience building value-producing relationship networks in the physical security space Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with brands like Genetec, Verkada, Axis, Hanwha, or similar * Experience with sales platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Hubspot * Familiarity with value-selling sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Compensation Structure : This role includes a competitive base salary complemented by a performance-based commission structure.
