Massage Envy Gahanna is looking for Part-Time or Full-time Front Desk Sales Associate with weekend and evening availability. We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual with sales experience to be the first point of contact for our guests and members. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly explain the purpose, mission, and offerings that Massage Envy has to offer. Requirements of the Role * Sell memberships and packages * Cheerful demeanor * Educate clients on wellness offerings and services * Manage clinic phone calls * Greet clients and assist them in completing required paperwork * Able to work weekends/evenings (as required) * Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organizations of workspace * Dedication to high quality service * Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire * Enthusiastic approach to customer service * Confident in presenting and selling service offerings * Ensure all member account are current and accurate * Complete transactions using point of sale software Pay * $14.50 Hourly - Incentive bonus and commission on new sales paid monthly You are applying to work with a franchisee of Massage Envy. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer.
