Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team! This position requires someone who is not only passionate about sales but also physically capable of assisting with heavy lifting. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a good working knowledge of major home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves , and more. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable appliance options * Explain features, benefits, and warranty terms of products * Assist with loading, unloading, and moving appliances around the store and for customer pickups * Maintain clean and organized showroom displays * Help process sales transactions and basic documentation * Follow up with customers and support after-sales service as needed Qualifications: * Prior experience in retail sales (appliance or electronics sales preferred) * Able to lift and move heavy appliances (with team support when needed) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn product specs and explain them in simple terms * Knowledge of major appliance categories is a big plus * Spanish-speaking ability is a strong bonus * Dependable and available to work Monday through Friday What We Offer: * Competitive hourly wage + performance-based bonuses * Friendly, supportive work environment * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Employee discounts on appliances How to Apply: Send your resume or apply in person at our store located at 817 w colton ave, redlands, 92374.
