Commercial Real Estate Agent (Salesperson/Broker for Hotels) Apex is looking for a fearless and self-motivating salesperson. We are a leader in hotel sales for the state of California and growing nationally. We represent both buyers and sellers in over 800 million of closed hotel and commercial real estate transactions. And we like to have fun while we close deals. Your responsibilities will include developing leads. Tracking those leads in our database. And building relationships with hoteliers all over the country. The focus is to find hotel properties to sell. If you can do this, you will be successful at Apex. . The typical sales cycle is 6-9 months. . After you ramp up and have developed a deal pipeline, the sky is the limit for your earning potential. Six figure paychecks are common in this business. Day-to-Day Research, Development, Phone Calls, Client Meetings. We have a process and it generally moves in this order. Initially you will be making lots and lots of phone calls. You will track these phone calls, and build a deal pipeline that will enable you to close hotels and get paid. Our offices are located on the Palos Verdes peninsula. You do not have to come into the office everyday if you do not want to but the more you are here, the more you will learn. You will be working directly with the President of Apex to learn the business. If you already have experience, that is even better. This work can be both challenging and stimulating. Qualifications * A high school diploma (college and graduate work preferred) * Excellent phone etiquette * Excellent communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent research and problem-solving skills * Good intuition and instincts * Outgoing/Extroverted * Positive Attitude and Outlook * Track record in Sales (Nice to have) * Experience in Commercial Real Estate (Nice to have) Salary * You will be an Independent Contractor * Salary is 100% commission sales position * Commission checks generally range from $50,000 to $250,000 per deal * We offer better commission splits than any other Hotel Brokerage Firm Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274
