As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Basic understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
