Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone. * Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * While a degree and 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience are a plus, we encourage all motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to apply. * Must be able to attain and maintain a current state insurance license in life, health, and accident (training provided for qualified candidates).
