We are currently seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Facility Account Executive to join our team. This individual will not just be a salesperson but an ambassador for our mission in the community. The role involves outbound sales, strategic cultivation of new client relationships within long-term care facilities, and managing existing accounts within the southeast Wisconsin area. This position also includes establishing connections with new healthcare providers and doctors who may not be familiar with our services. As an integral part of our commitment to the community, the successful candidate will represent Hayat Pharmacy at various events and conferences. Drive outbound sales by prospecting new accounts and managing relationships with current clients within the long-term care sector, promoting our innovative and award-winning services. 2. Establish and nurture relationships with new healthcare providers and doctors, introducing them to the benefits and innovative solutions Hayat Pharmacy offers. 3. Manage the full sales cycle, leveraging Hayat Pharmacy's compassionate and quality healthcare approach. 4. Actively represent Hayat Pharmacy at community events and conferences, continuing our tradition of community engagement and commitment to affordable, quality care. 5. Collaborate closely with marketing and executive leadership to enhance our presence within the community and to target new markets. 6. Regularly update and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking customer engagement and sales progress. 7. Any and all other duties assigned at the discretion of the President/CFO. * Required Qualifications 1. At least 5 years of experience in full cycle sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy sector. 2. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and successfully close deals. 3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, conveying our commitment to compassionate and affordable care. 4. Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Familiarity with healthcare systems, providers, and long-term care facility sector is a plus. 6. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
