About Us: CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company is a leading provider of professional liability insurance for CPA's. We are dedicated to supporting our policyholders with tailored coverage and exceptional service. We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. About the Role: As a CAMICO Account Executive , you will: * Generate leads and contact prospects, pre-qualify, communicate program features/benefits and successfully close the sale. This may include face-to-face contact for presentations to prospects. Develop and maintain an accurate database of prospects in assigned territory, including account status and documentation of sales-related activities. Salesforce experience a plus. * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of general insurance coverage terms and conditions. Experience in Professional Liability and claims-made coverage beneficial. * Demonstrate ability to identify and communicate prospective clients' insurance needs. Ideal candidate will have an understanding of liability risks associated with the CPA profession. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CAMICO products and coverage forms, Loss Prevention programs, and claims handling philosophy. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and sell the CAMICO Program and its key benefits to prospects. * Stay informed on trends within the accounting industry and the professional liability insurance market to provide prospective clients with relevant insights. * Demonstrate strong communication skills in presenting information both externally & internally. Display product knowledge, listening skills, ability to handle rejection, computer proficiency and commitment to excellent customer service. * Work in a team environment providing support, assistance & back-up to other department staff members as needed. * Represent CAMICO with prospects, policyholders and professional groups as required. This may include tradeshows and other business-related events that require nationwide travel (up to 20%). * Work closely with other functional areas, particularly Underwriting and Marketing, to ensure high levels of customer service. The hiring range for this position is $72,800 to $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
