Who are we- We are a market research firm based in Keller, Texas with over 20 years of experience, and our objectives are based on the requirements of our internal clients, employees, and contractors. Currently, our focus of operations is dedicated to several community health centers all across the United States. We conduct patient experience phone surveys for our client groups. Great Fit Candidates- We are building a NEW team for our Keller office/call center. This great opportunity is for experienced bilingual (English and Spanish) individuals who are dependable and will be conducting 100 or more patient satisfaction surveys per week (need). This equates to $400 or more in earnings per-week for part-time project support. * Available to work schedules that are at points in between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Central Time (Mon-Fri), some afternoon or early evening hours preferred. * Flexible schedules between 25-40 hours a week or more. * Compensation is based on completed survey interviews per-quality standards. * Pay Range averages $18-$25 Per Hour, based on completed surveys for projects. * Quick pace, pleasant, professional, with ability to record comments (good typing skills and grammar.) * Available to start working immediately. What you should bring- Seeking individuals who can contract for long-term project opportunities and keep projects on schedule. Compensation based on completed interviews - rewarding for individuals who are able to maintain a quick pace of work. Experienced and principled individuals who are dependable self-starters committed to quality work (project training provided). Strong phone experience (surveys, sales, collections, or customer service) is a strong plus. Seeking individuals who can contract for long-term project opportunities and keep projects on schedule. Compensation based on completed interviews - rewarding for individuals who are able to maintain a quick pace of work.
