You've closed big deals. Now imagine building the GTM engine from scratch--for multiple AI-native companies solving massive pain points. At InVitro Capital, we don't just invest--we build. As a Venture Builder / Holdco, we launch and scale companies from day one, partnering with founders, validating demand, and selling early. Our companies include: * Curenta - AI SaaS powering 100+ long-term care facilities * Osta - A new playbook for home repair and field service * AllCare - Full-spectrum senior and home care with concierge AI support * Two stealth startups attacking urgent B2B inefficiencies We're looking for a Sales Director who can do more than close: someone who can shape sales playbooks, mentor junior reps, and work alongside product and founders to scale what works. You'll be part of the core GTM leadership across the studio, with the ability to influence multiple ventures from day zero. Requirements What You 'll Own: * Sales strategy and execution for one or more portfolio companies * Closing high-value deals in B2B SaaS and services * Building and refining repeatable sales playbooks * Coaching junior associates and owning revenue outcomes * Collaborating directly with studio partners and product teams What You Bring: * 6-12+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS * Track record of closing complex deals and leading GTM strategy * Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about building from scratch * Bonus: startup experience, AI product exposure, or previous player/coach roles Why This Is Different: * Be the first GTM leader shaping how AI products go to market * Sell products built around sales insights--not the other way around * Access to early equity, cross-portfolio exposure, and a future leadership seat * Join a team that builds fast, learns faster, and scales what works Benefits Earn What You Deserve: We offer a competitive annual base salary of $120,000 to $140,000, plus up to 60% in commission.
