Full description of the position
Sales Representative Eagle Park Brewing Company OVERVIEW Responsible for outside sales of Eagle Park beer and spirits in their designated territory (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth Counties). Works alongside distributors (Beer Capitol & CJW) to ensure proper sale and distribution of products. Maintains professional and quality relationships with accounts. Provide education and answers about EP products & EP history. Generate interesting ideas and events to highlight EP products. Conduct tastings and product demonstrations. Manage expectations and communication as the intermediary between accounts, distributors, and Eagle Park Brewing. Responsibilities * Maintain Eagle Park brand and make sure it's represented properly * Provide accurate information to accounts on products * Product information and release dates * Grow brand through increased sales via: * New product placements * Better or more visible placements in existing accounts * Events highlighting Brand * Knowledge of beer, spirits, and FMBs * Sharing brand/product information with accounts and distributors * Sharing response from market to Eagle Park sales and production team * Enforce quality control measures while merchandising and performing date code checks Account Relationships Establishing strong relationships with buyers in On/Off Premises. Introducing new products and informing of changes to existing products. Problem solving issues or delays with distribution or production. Be available. Working Alongside Distributors: * Allocation/Managing Placements * Making sure accounts maintain lines, cocktail list placements, and store placements. * Relaying allocations from the account to the Sales manager. Making sure allocations reach the proper destination. * Ride Alongs : Partnering with distributor rep on their route to focus on MKE brands and offer insight/special attention. * Festivals, Tastings, & Special Events: Perform in store tastings as well as special events, beer festivals, and spirits events. Skills: Positive, outgoing, and passionate about craft beer, beverages, and spirits Problem solving ability given the wide array of accounts and personalities in the market Must have strong sales and communication skills Task and goal oriented Willingness to be a part of a growing local and family business Requirements: Multiple years of experience in beverage sales, hospitality (bar, restaurant, or venue) or retail with a brewery, distillery, distributor or retailer Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable vehicle Full time availability with flexibility for outside events and tastings Ability to lift and move 30lb cases with some regularity Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Quarterly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the roadEagle Park Brewery
